We are also licensed mold tecninicians.  We can analyze and inspect your house for areas where mold is likely to grow and give advice to prevent any type of growth. We also do air and swab sampling to areas in your house where you see mold or have someone is is having allergies caused by mold and have them analyzed by a certified lab.

All of my clients are offered free telephone consultation as long as they own their home. I encourage you to accompany your inspector during the inspection.
